High performance furnace for thermocouple calibrations to 1200 °C

The Fluke Calibration 9118A Thermocouple Calibration Furnace is a horizontal, open-ended tube furnace with a temperature range of 300 °C to 1200 °C. It is used for comparison calibration of noble and base-metal thermocouples by secondary high-temperature labs and instrument shops in industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, metals, and plastics. The 9118A is the most accurate, reliable, and flexible furnace in its class, meeting the demanding requirements of high-temperature thermocouple calibration.

The Fluke-700PTP-1 pneumatic test pump is capable of supplying pressures up to 600 psi, 40 bar.
For use with 700 series pressure modules or test gauges. Can be directly connected to the reference port consolidating two separate pieces when performing pressure calibration and testing. Can also be used with 717 pressure calibrators. Ideal for calibrating pressure transmitters, pressure switches and pressure gauges up to 600 PSI/40 bar.

These blackbody calibrator units feature a temperature controlled measurement surface with a diameter of 2.25 in (57 mm). The target temperature can be controlled in set-point increments of 0.1° from –30 °C to 500 °C and a well is located directly behind the blackbody surface for contact temperature measurement.

This versatile instrument provides calibrations from 1-30 inHg vacuum (0.03-1 bar) and 3-500 psi (0.2-35 bar) in one extremely accurate yet easy to use primary standard. A selector valve converts the unit from pressure to vacuum mode without the need to exchange pistons. Units are manufactured to the highest standards with certified accuracies traceable to International Standards Laboratories such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). These piston/cylinder type pneumatic standards provide excellent stability, repeatability and accuracy. An optional built-in hand pump can be added for both pressure and vacuum generation.
