Need portability and extreme stability? Fluke 6102, Fluke 7102, and Fluke 7103 Micro-Baths have both. We invented the Micro-Bath. And, while many have tried to duplicate it, none of them use proprietary Fluke Calibration controllers, so none of them deliver performance like a Fluke Calibration bath. Micro-Baths can be used anywhere for any type of sensor. The 6102 weighs less than 4.5 kg (10 lb.), with the fluid. It’s lighter and smaller than most dry-wells, has a spill-proof lid, and is easier to carry than your lunch. You can take it where you need to go without carts or excessive effort. This versatile instrument provides calibrations from 1-30 inHg vacuum (0.03-1 bar) and 3-500 psi (0.2-35 bar) in one extremely accurate yet easy to use primary standard. A selector valve converts the unit from pressure to vacuum mode without the need to exchange pistons. Units are manufactured to the highest standards with certified accuracies traceable to International Standards Laboratories such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). These piston/cylinder type pneumatic standards provide excellent stability, repeatability and accuracy. An optional built-in hand pump can be added for both pressure and vacuum generation.

Fluke Calibration electronic deadweight tester kits feature E-DWT-H configurations combined with the accessories needed for a complete calibration system. Model 6531 options feature E-DWT-H configurations with a single quartz reference pressure transducer (Q-RPT) to offer percent of reading performance from 10 % to 100 % of device full scale. Model 6532 options feature an additional Q-RPT to maximize workload coverage, with percent of reading performance from 1 % to 100 % of device full scale. An included vacuum fill kit allows the E-DWT to be filled with your choice of compatible fluid, while eliminating problematic air pockets from the test circuit. Also included is a test station adapter to mount just about any pressure device to be tested without using PTFE tape or wrenches. 6531 and 6532 kits provide all you need to perform high level hydraulic pressure calibration right out of the box.
