Every once in a while, a new product comes around that changes the rules. It happened when we introduced handheld dry-wells. It happened when we introduced Micro-Baths. Now we’ve combined bath-level performance with dry-well functionality and legitimate reference thermometry to create Metrology Wells.
With groundbreaking new proprietary electronics from Fluke Calibration's (patents pending), Metrology Wells let you bring lab-quality performance into whatever field environment you might work in. New analog and digital control techniques provide stability as good as ±0.005 °C. And with dual-zone control, axial (or “vertical") uniformity is as good as ±0.02 °C over a 60 mm (2.36 in) zone. (That’s 60 mm!) Such performance doesn’t exist anywhere else outside of fluid baths.
In short, there are six critical components of performance in an industrial heat source (which the European metrology community explains, for example, in the document EA-10/13): calibrated display accuracy, stability, axial (vertical) uniformity, radial (well-to-well) uniformity, impact from loading, and hysteresis. The New Fluke 730 series portable pumps feature fast pressure generation, stable pressure and easy-to-use. These pumps can provide stable, reliable pressure during calibration. The unique design of these pumps enables them to solve the common problems of pressure pump, such as blocking, leakage and laborious operation. They are your right-hand assistant in the process of manual pressure calibration.
In conjunction with Fluke 730G Smart Digital Pressure Calibrator with internal HART communication, these test pumps enable high-efficiency and high-accuracy measurement and calibration of pressure gauges, pressure switches, pressure transmitters, which make them ideal for metrology institutes and enterprises to establish pressure laboratories.

Fluke Calibration electronic deadweight tester kits feature E-DWT-H configurations combined with the accessories needed for a complete calibration system. Model 6531 options feature E-DWT-H configurations with a single quartz reference pressure transducer (Q-RPT) to offer percent of reading performance from 10 % to 100 % of device full scale. Model 6532 options feature an additional Q-RPT to maximize workload coverage, with percent of reading performance from 1 % to 100 % of device full scale. An included vacuum fill kit allows the E-DWT to be filled with your choice of compatible fluid, while eliminating problematic air pockets from the test circuit. Also included is a test station adapter to mount just about any pressure device to be tested without using PTFE tape or wrenches. 6531 and 6532 kits provide all you need to perform high level hydraulic pressure calibration right out of the box.
