This pneumatic comparison test pump is designed for testing pressure measuring instruments against master test instruments. This cost effective instrument provides precise control for important calibration requirements and include many features found in our popular line of pneumatic deadweight testers.
Key features • Dual pressure/vacuum capability • Bench mount design • Built-in handpump as pressure/vacuum source • High quality needle valve for fine control • Test port adapters that require no PTFE tape or wrenches
The Fluke 700LTP-1 is a hand operated pressure pump designed to generate either vacuum to -12.7 PSI / -.87 bar or pressures to 100 psi / 6.9 bar. The Fluke 700LTP-1 has two pressure ports with quick fit connectors. Test hoses are terminated with 1/8-NPT female fittings that can be adapted using the BSP/ISO adapters. For use with 700 series pressure modules and 717 pressure calibrators. Ideal for low pressure applications requiring accurate low pressure testing.
Fitur utama • Pump can be easily cleaned without disassembly • Adjustable pressure relief valve with slow-bleed capability. Allows the slow release pressure at a controlled rate • Quick fit connectors, one for the reference port for connection to a Fluke 700 series pressure module and one to connect to a unit under test • Slim design, easy to carry and use
The Fluke 700HTP-2 is a hand operated hydraulic pressure pump designed to generate calibration pressures up to 10,000 psi/690 bar. Designed for use with Fluke-700 series high pressure modules such as the Fluke-700P09, 700P29, 700P30 and 700P31. Ideal for calibration when connected to a Fluke high pressure module via the reference port. The 700HTP-2 uses distilled water or mineral-based hydraulic oil as a source for calibration of high pressure input devices such as pressure transmitters or pressure gauges. Can also be used with Fluke 717 pressure calibrators.
Fitur utama • Variable size stroke adjustment, allows the user to vary the volume and pressure per stroke • Integral pressure adjustment vernier knob for fine pressure adjustment • Directly connection to pressure modules consolidates two separate pieces into one when performing pressure calibration and testing • Two ¼ inch NPT pressure ports, one for reference (pressure module or gauge), one for UUT • Compatible with optional Fluke-700PRV pressure relief valve designed to protect pressure modules from overpressure damage • Improved priming • Improved stroke limiting mechanism Note: The user must provide a hose with appropriate end fittings to apply pressure from the UUT port to the calibration unit under test such as the Fluke-700HTH-1 hose kit

Fluke Calibration electronic deadweight tester kits feature E-DWT-H configurations combined with the accessories needed for a complete calibration system. Model 6531 options feature E-DWT-H configurations with a single quartz reference pressure transducer (Q-RPT) to offer percent of reading performance from 10 % to 100 % of device full scale. Model 6532 options feature an additional Q-RPT to maximize workload coverage, with percent of reading performance from 1 % to 100 % of device full scale. An included vacuum fill kit allows the E-DWT to be filled with your choice of compatible fluid, while eliminating problematic air pockets from the test circuit. Also included is a test station adapter to mount just about any pressure device to be tested without using PTFE tape or wrenches. 6531 and 6532 kits provide all you need to perform high level hydraulic pressure calibration right out of the box. • Pressure ranges available to 200 MPa (30,000 psi) • ± 0.02 % of reading total one-year accuracy, 0.025 % for two years • Low torque variable volume allows for pressure generation and control up to 200 MPa (30,000 psi) with minimal physical effort • Built-in priming system to fill system with test fluid and purge unwanted air to assure smooth operation • Unique test port design eliminates the need for PTFE tape or wrenches. Adapters included for 1/8 in, 1/4 in, 3/8 in and 1/2 in NPT, 1/8 in, 1/4 in, 3/8 in and 1/2 in BSP, M20 x 1.5 and M14 x 1.5 • Compatible with a wide range of liquids, including water. Vacuum fill kit included to fill the E-DWT with any compatible test medium • AutoTest™, AutoRange, ready/not ready indicator, onboard data capture and storage, overpressure alarm, RS-232 remote interface and other advanced features to simplify testing, improve safety and prevent calibration errors and damage to equipment • Optional foot switch accessory allows hands-free data collection when running AutoTests • Rechargeable battery pack and transport case options for field operation
